And as I stretched and moved next to this lovely soul in a recent yoga class, I felt an inner kindness spiraling upwards from root to crown. It was like a feather floating slowly upward in a warm breeze, delicately unstoppable.

The painting behind this design was completed many months before that yoga class. However, when I thought of the sweet spirit I met that day, this design emerged, bursting with the same quiet power I felt beside me on the mat.
