Order Processing & Fulfillment
All products are made to order through our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printful. Please allow:

Fulfillment time may vary depending on the product type, season, and order volume
Once fulfilled, orders are shipped directly from Printful’s North American facilities.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, Felicia Brown Originals only ships to customers in North America, including:

Canada

Mexico
We do not offer international shipping outside North America at this time.
Estimated Shipping Times
After your order has been fulfilled, typical shipping timeframes are:

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer and will be noted during checkout if relevant.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your order.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers as needed.
Incorrect or Delayed Deliveries
Felicia Brown Originals and Printful are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to:
