Return Policy

Effective as of July 23, 2025

At Felicia Brown Originals, all of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

All Sales Are Final

Since each product is custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or fit

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Changes of mind after placing the order

Please double-check your size and order details before checking out.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing error, damage, or incorrect item, we’ll make it right.

To request a replacement or refund, please email us at:
info@feliciabrown.com

within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

  • A description of the problem

We will work with Printful to evaluate and resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Returns Not Accepted For:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Lost packages due to an incorrect shipping address

  • Slight color variances due to screen display differences

  • Normal wear and tear

 

Cancellations

Because orders are processed and sent to production quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations once your order is placed. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to help.
